Return & Refund Policy

1.  Fresh Flowers / Bouquets / Preserved Flowers Fresh flowers, bouquets, and preserved floral products are highly perishable items. Due to their nature, the standard 7-day cooling-off period does not apply. We do not accept returns or refunds under normal circumstances.2.  Exceptions – Claims within 24 hours of deliveryIf any of the following issues occur, you may submit a claim within 24 hours after receiving the order:•  Damage during transit (e.g., crushed packaging, significant flower drooping, broken vase/container, etc.)•  Quality issues (e.g., severe wilting, mold, or obvious defects)Please provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your case and arrange one of the following at our discretion:•  Replacement / resend•  Redo the arrangement•  Refund (deducting 10–20% for handling, delivery, and material costs; no full refund in most cases)Note: We will not cover return shipping fees.3.  Non-perishable items For preserved flowers (永生花), dried flowers (乾燥花), accessories, vases, and other non-fresh floral products:If the item remains unopened and in its original intact condition, you may request a return within 7 days of receipt. (Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.)
